Mind-Body Therapy Intensives
More time.
Deeper exploration.
Intentional healing.
A Mind–Body Therapy Intensive offers an extended, highly focused therapeutic experience that complements the meaningful work possible in traditional weekly or biweekly therapy.
While ongoing therapy provides consistency, connection, and support over time, an intensive creates a longer, intentional container for exploring a particular concern, life transition, emotional pattern, or therapeutic goal. With fewer time constraints, we have space to move through the work at a thoughtful pace, pause when needed, attend to the nervous system, and allow adequate time for grounding, processing, and integration.
An intensive is not a replacement for ongoing therapy, nor is it necessarily the right format for everyone. It is simply another way to engage in therapeutic work—one designed for moments when a longer, more concentrated session may feel supportive.
Your intensive will be thoughtfully designed around you. Depending on your intentions and what feels most supportive, our work may incorporate psychotherapy, breathwork, hypnotherapy, somatic practices, guided imagery, creative expression, journaling, movement, ritual, or Kintsugi / Art Therapy + reflection.
We will not try to fit every modality into one experience. Each element will be chosen with purpose and woven together in a way that supports your goals, nervous system, and capacity that day.
Your Questions, Answered…
-
Healing
For grief, trauma, identity shifts, relationship wounds, motherhood and matrescence, burnout, or significant life transitions.
This experience is spacious, restorative, and body-centered. It is designed to help you gently approach what has been difficult to access, give language and movement to what you have been carrying, and reconnect with yourself in a deeper way.
Clarity & Change
For a specific pattern, decision, belief, creative block, or crossroads you feel ready to move through.
This experience is more focused and structured while remaining emotionally attuned. Together, we will explore what is keeping you stuck, identify what needs to shift, and develop a grounded path forward.
You do not need to know which approach you need before reaching out. We can determine the most supportive focus together.

Before Your Intensive
You’ll complete an in-depth intake designed to help us clarify:
What you are currently carrying
The pattern, experience, or transition you want to explore
What you hope to understand, release, or move toward
What helps you feel grounded and supported
Any boundaries, concerns, or areas requiring particular care
Using what you share, I will create a personalized framework for our time together. We will begin by reviewing your intentions and establishing a shared focus, while still allowing the experience to unfold organically.

Every intensive is personalized based on your goals, needs, and preferences. Before we meet, you’ll complete an in-depth intake that helps us identify a clear focus and allows me to thoughtfully prepare for our time together.
We’ll begin by reviewing your intentions, discussing the schedule + plan for the session, and help you feel grounded and settled. From there, your intensive may incorporate psychotherapy, breathwork, hypnotherapy, somatic practices, guided imagery, journaling, movement, or creative expression. We will not try to include every modality; each approach will be intentionally selected and paced around what feels most supportive for you.
Throughout the intensive, there will be space to pause, rest, nourishment, regulate, and reflect. We’ll close by helping you process what emerged and creating an integration plan to support you afterward. While your intensive is planned with care, it remains flexible enough to respond to what you need in the moment.
This is not about forcing a breakthrough or completing your healing in a single experience. It is about creating enough time, safety, and space for meaningful work to unfold—and allowing what emerges to be met with care.
