Mind-Body Therapy Intensives

More time.

Deeper exploration.

Intentional healing.

A Mind–Body Therapy Intensive offers an extended, highly focused therapeutic experience that complements the meaningful work possible in traditional weekly or biweekly therapy.

While ongoing therapy provides consistency, connection, and support over time, an intensive creates a longer, intentional container for exploring a particular concern, life transition, emotional pattern, or therapeutic goal. With fewer time constraints, we have space to move through the work at a thoughtful pace, pause when needed, attend to the nervous system, and allow adequate time for grounding, processing, and integration.

An intensive is not a replacement for ongoing therapy, nor is it necessarily the right format for everyone. It is simply another way to engage in therapeutic work—one designed for moments when a longer, more concentrated session may feel supportive.

Your intensive will be thoughtfully designed around you. Depending on your intentions and what feels most supportive, our work may incorporate psychotherapy, breathwork, hypnotherapy, somatic practices, guided imagery, creative expression, journaling, movement, ritual, or Kintsugi / Art Therapy + reflection.

We will not try to fit every modality into one experience. Each element will be chosen with purpose and woven together in a way that supports your goals, nervous system, and capacity that day.
